It has been about 5 years since Flawless first hit the London scene and they have certainly come a long way since their first party.
I use the word party because despite holding events at many clubs and bars, Flawless are determined to ensure that every event is a party... for the people. Yes, it is themed around a general love of all things house. Yes the resident and guest DJs can rock the crowd. Yes, they can have the crowd lingering on every build-up and breakdown. Yes, they manage to pick that luscious blend of known and new floor-fillers. Yes, they always leave the crowd screaming “ONE MORE!”
But, it is not just centred around the music, glorious though it is. Flawless know that all the right ingredients must be mixed in all the right measures to achieve that feeling of “Wow, haven’t had a night out like that in ages. When is the next one?”
A good night out should encapsulate the experience from start to finish and the Flawless team always work hard to deliver in every aspect, minor or major, and they do it with class and consistency.
In a relatively short time since fruition, the Flawless promotion has gained a deft level of maturity and a loyal following. Their brief history can boast a wide variety of amazing party nights, from their initiation at London's Rose Bar, to venues in Central London including Café De Paris & Sin plus branching out to the London suburbs of Kingston & Greenwich, as well as their recently successful tour of Ibiza and onto their impending and most impressive party's to date at Greenwich's O2 Dome & Studio Valbonne plus there brand new venues for 2010, Pacha - London, Riva Lounge - Bromley & brand new Brighton residency to be announced very soon.
Flawless have also recently launched the online radio site www.flawlessradio.com plus there online podacast site www.housemusicpodcasts.co.uk and soon to be launched record label Flawless Recordings in February 2010. STEVE WESTOVER
Steve Westover is the Resident Dj and Owner of Flawless and has been the driving force behind the company since it was launched back in December 2005 and after many successful events has put the Flawless brand on the map.

TOM UPTON
The lead website developer for Flawless, has been working within the industry for approximatley 15yrs. Tom has been involved with a number of projects. One of which is Phatbeats.net, the uk’s top online radio website. As the lead web developer he’s helped promote a successful brand globally, and also firmly established his own name and following across all parts of the world with his weekly radio shows.
Tom is the brains behind the Flawless UK websites and has spent many long hours pushing the website up the major search engines. With a wealth of experience dealing with Internet Radio and Dj Artist websites, Tom has been able to deliver an exceptional website.
MARK MASTERS
Mark's backgbround has been working at London’s Ministry Of Sound for the last 3 years as a New Music Scout in the A&R Department for Data Records.
Having been with Ministry he has collectively learnt and gained knowledge in this ever fast moving industry. Since Mark’s time at MOS he has recommended many hit releases such as:
